Orpheus wasn't entirely sure the ring would work as a way for him to get to Steve's world, but he was going to give it a shot. If it didn't work, he'd explain it to Steve the next time they were both in the bar, and they could figure something else out.

His guitar slung across his back, Orpheus turns the ring on his finger and opens the door, pleased to find himself in Steve's apartment when he steps through.

Steve smiles even more deeply and sweetly, and holds Orpheus's face so he can kiss his mouth. "I love you," he answers softly.

Orpheus kisses him slow and deep, leaning up to press against Steve.

Steve looks down at Orpheus's face, into his eyes. "You're so beautiful," he whispers as he traces Orpheus's face with his thumbs

Orpheus smiles, arms wrapped around Steve. "So are you, my love."

Steve smiles too, still gazing at him, and then says, "So, hey, I just kind of wanted to be naked with you. You got any other ideas?" as his smile turns mischievous.

He laughs and leans back. "Well, we could both be naked for a start."

Steve pushes Orpheus's shirt up his chest, and bends to kiss his stomach.

Orpheus arches into the kiss slightly, stretching out in a long, lean line.

Steve hums with pleasure and slides his mouth down Orpheus's body.

Orpheus tangles his fingers in Steve's hair, leaning back further.

Steve chuckles and rubs his nose in Orpheus's belly button.

Orpheus laughs, grinning down at him.

Steve peppers little kisses over his hips.

Orpheus hums softly, hands stroking along Steve's shoulders.

Steve rests his chin on Orpheus's stomach, smiling angelicly. "Will you sing to me?"

Orpheus chuckles lightly, his fingers moving to Steve's hair. "What would you have me sing, my love?"

"Home," Steve says softly.

Smiling, Orpheus strokes his fingers through Steve's hair a moment before he begins to sing, softly, of a place that is warm and welcoming and peaceful and full of smiles and love and contentment and (almost always) happiness.

Steve rubs his cheek on Orpheus's skin, and then starts kissing him, soft and sweet, over his stomach and up his chest.

Unbidden, a soft strain of desire weaves itself into Orpheus' song. Nothing overwhelming as yet, just quietly making its presence known.

Steve kisses up his neck, cradling his face in one hand.

Orpheus hums happily, tilting his head into Steve's touch.

Steve traces Orpheus's ear with his lips.

Orpheus shivers and chuckles softly, arms curling around Steve.

Steve presses close to him and strokes his stomach.
